Barry W. Miller

Barry W. Miller has been practicing law since 1979,  and offers vast legal experience across a broad range of corporate, commercial and other legal areas. His primary practice areas are business bankruptcy, reorganization and liquidation, representing debtors, creditors and committees. Mr. Miller has extensive experience in the areas of commercial litigation, business mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions, as well as in collection and foreclosure.
